This includes approximately 75 pounds of mixed cuts from our Pasture Raised Pigs.  After you place your order, we will be in contact with you to customize it, such as what flavor sausage.

 You are purchasing a 50% share of a whole, live animal, and we will arrange for all the processing for you, included in the cost. You will receive 50% of the total yield.
